R.S.A. STATEMENT. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, May 2. The R.-S.A. conference, after a .discussion on the Patriotic Fund’s distribution of comforts, etc.! decided that the council of the association should' publish a statement clarifying the position regarding the collection and administration of patriotic funds and encouraging public contributions to the. Linds. A resolution congratulating Mr W. E. Leadiev, Dominion organiser of the Soldiers’ Civil Re-establishment League,. on the way in which he had brought the. work of disabled soldiers before the public was carried after appreciation of the excellent results obtained. at the disabled soldiers’ stall at the Exhibition had lieen expressed.
