SABOTAGE IN CANADA.
Received Mav 2. 12.5 p.m. TORONTO, May T. Fire-Marshal W. J. Scott said Ger man ..saboteurs were active in Ontario operating 1 in conjunction with German Consuls in the United States. There had been..three arrests and other instances of attempted sabotage from which the damage was trifling, mainly damage to property and machinery. For example, small screws had- been dropped into machinery and transformers liad been damaged. He added that two unsuccessful attempts to destroy liners leaving Canadian ports had bccii made, - '
