GERMANS IN RETREAT.

OSTER VALLEY SECTOR. TWO TOWNS CAPTURED. (From Daventry.) The Norwegian Telegraph Agency at Stockholm states that the Germans are on the retreat in the Oster Valley and have abandoned Reros arid Tynset, 25 miles south of Reros. The retreat is stated to be well over 50 miles. Norwegian troops have recaptured Reros and Tynset. German prisoners say that the retreat was due to a shortage of supplies., British artillery has arrived at Dombas, and the Allies have established strong artillery positions on the Dom-bas-Storen railway.
