Received April 30, 11.0 a.m. CHARLESTON (South Carolina). April 29. A fire is raging in the engineroom of of the Norwegian tanker Willy, anchored in the harbour here, She is loaded with eight thousand tons of aviation petrol consigned to Glasgow (Scotland). The crew of twenty-eight have abandoned ship.
