Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, April 28. The Rugby season in Auckland was opened on Saturday afternoon, the principal attraction being the match between a combined fifteen from the Papakura and Ngnruawahia camps, and a team representing the 28th Maori Battalion from Palmerston North. The combined team won by IS points to 3, scoring four tries, three converted, to an unconverted try. Corporal E. N. Howell scored for the I Maoris. !
