LONDON. April 25. Rubber is quoted at lid a lb. Tin is quoted spot, buyers £255, sellers £255 10ts- forward, buyers £250; sellers £250 ss. h Prices: of oilier metals are unchanged. The favourable autumn conditions experienced in the Waikato this year compared with those of last war are evidenced in the Auckland Herd Improvement Associnlion’s returns for March. The 77,969 cows tested last month yielded an average of 5701 b milk and 29.3!b'buttcrfat, while for the corresponding month htr>t year the 80.030 cows handled produced an average of 4551 b milk and 23.41 b butterfat. The association tested 96.371 cows in March, 1938. the average yield being 5201 b milk and 26.51 b butterfat.
