R.S.A. CONCERT
As a result of the Anzae Day concert, on Thursday, the Patriotic Fund will benefit to the extent of about £SO. The following contributed to the programme:— Larkin’s Orchestra, airs JL Aird, Messrs C. W. Sherriffs, R. A. 'Walden, E. Algar (solos); J. It. Brown and R. A. "Walden (duet); A. It. McKegg. W. J. Robertson and W. Larkin (trio); A. Sundborn Trio and Prince Trio (instrumental); Mr L. Wood (monologue); Mr H. B. Cater (saxophone); Mr C. Bell (xylophone); and Miss P. Over (“Rhythm in Black”). At the conclusion of the concert Mr B. J. Jacobs (president of the Palmerston North R.S.A.), thanked the pul>lic for its support and those who had contributed to the programme. The collection at the Showgrounds resulted in £3l being received lor the Graves Fund.
