READJUSTMENT AT HOME. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, April 25. The Prime Minister (.Mr Chamberlain) stated in the House of Commons -that the Ministry of Information was resuming the functions performed since last October by the Press Censorship Bureau under Sir Walter Monckton. Sir Walter had accepted ,an appointment as Deputy Under-Secre-tary at the Foreign Office in order to secure the necessary collaboration between the division of the Ministry responsible for publicity in neutral I countries and the department of enemy propaganda under the Foreign Office. Mr Chamberlain explained that each department remained responsible for the issue of its own news and, subject to the advice of the Ministry on general censorship policy, the defence departments would bo responsible for further censorship decisions in all matters where it was necessary to prevent information reaching the enemy.
