A fine of £SO and three years disqualification from driving were imposed by Mr T. E. Maunsell, S.M., at Blenheim, on Frank Shirley Ball Malster, who pleaded guilty to charges of driving when intoxicated and driving in a manner dangerous to the public. —Press Association. The British Postmaster-General announces the restoration of the letter mail services, including air mails and money order services, to Sweden, Esthonia. Latvia, and Lithuania, but correspondence is subject to delay.
