CENTENNIAL EFFORT.

In connection with the recent Centennial celebrations in Feilding, the net proceeds amounted to £l6O, which will he devoted to the cost of building the Centennial pavilion on Centennial Kowhai Park. The full amount required for the pavilion must he raised before March 31. 1941, otherwise the Government subsidy will not be available. The Mayor (Mr T. L. Seddon) is hopeful that some special effort will be made during the coming months so as to ensure that Feilding may have a worthy Centennial Memorial..
