COMFORTS FOR SOLDIERS.
SUPPORT OF CITIZENS INVITED. (To the Editor.) Sir,—From time to time various efforts are organised with the object of raising funds to provide comforts lor the boys on active service. Jn these efforts the support of the public has been excellent. At the Opera House 911 Saturday night another opportunity is given ieitizens. i refer to the grand popular concert wherein upwards of 50 instrumentalists and vocalists, some of the former from Feikling. "will lie taking part. The programme to be- presented will appeal to everyone and the prices of admission are particularly low. The capacity of the Opera House is such that even at the low prices a substantial amount will be realised foi comforts for our soldiers if the public do their part. May I therefore remind citizens of the concert, assure them of a musical treat, and thank them in advance for their financial support. They will be amply recompensed.— Y'ours, etc., A. E.
