DOAIINION DELEGATES. (By r Telegraph—Soecial to Standard.) WELLINGTON. April 18. New Zealand’s representatives at the International Labour Conference to be held in Geneva arc on their way. Air A. Seed is the employers’ delegate, and Mr E. B. Taylor (assistant-secre-tary to the Labour Department) the official delegate. Air Taylor was the department’s officer concerned in organising the preliminaries-to waterfront control by commission. The question whether the Government will be represented by a Alinister has not been determined
