POLICE CHIEF ATTACKED.
HIMMLER SAID TO HAVE BEEN SHOT. LONDON, April 16. The Daily Mail’s Stockholm correspondent says that Herr Himmler (Nazi Chief of Police) is reported to have been shot through the mouth in the streets of Copenhagen last week Details are lacking, but it is stated that Himmler reached Copenhagen the day after the German occupation. It is believed lie was attacked on Wednesday last.
