MOUTOA SWAMP.

REPLANTING OF FLAX. (From Our Own Correspondent.) FOXTON, April 17. During the past week truck loads of flax plants, of a specially selected variety, have been transported to the Moutoa for planting. Work is proceeding apace in the swamp. Two bulldozers are in use clearing the land at Paiaki and ploughing preparatory to the carrying out of planting operations. The flax to hand is being set out on the land already ploughed at what is known as Jongs's camp.
