WEAKER BEER.
LONDON, April 3. German beer-drinkers now are not allowed more than a quarter of a litre at the one time, and are not allowed to buy beer to consume off the premises. The alcoholic content has been reduced to about two per cent. Hairdressers are now compelled to collect the spare hair of their clients end to. hand it to the authorities. Tt C 1-elieved that the hair will he used e; carpet-making.
