NAZI PUPPET LEADER
NEW POSITION ACCEPTED. STOCKHOLM, April 16. Tho leader of the puppet government (Major Quisling) in a broadcast announced bis resignation, and said nc would accept the office of “Commissioner of the Demobilisation and Administrative Committee,” of winch Mr Christensen, chief of the Oslo Mumcipal Council, was appointed bead. The radio also explained that a dccision to reconstruct the puppet government a-as reached during conferonces between Dr Drauor, at present the Reich’s representative in Oslo, and the President of the Norwegian Supreme Court and representatives of the Oslo Chambers of trade, Shipping and Industry.
