AIRMEN MISSING.

TWO NEW ZEALANDERS. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, April 15. Cabled advice lias been received that Sergeant-Pilot Reginald Callinan, ol the Royal Air Force, was reported missing yesterday after an operational patrol over the North Sea. Educated at Poiisonby School and the Sacred Heart College, Auckland, and aged 31, lie went to England six years ago, and joined the R.A.F. soon after his arrival. Shortly before the war he accepted an important civil aviation post in Persia to commence in March last. When war broke out he remained with the Air Force. Sergeant-Pilot Callinan was an excellent all-round athlete ana was one of four New Zealanders selected for the inter-services combined athletic meeting last year. He was also prominent in R.A.F. Rugby football. Advice lias been received by his relatives in Gisborne that Leading Aircraftsman J. Langridge, of Gisborne, in the Royal Air Force, is missing. Aircraftsman Langridge had been engaged with the It.A.F. for some years as a radio operator and had seen considerable seivice during the He participated in the raid on Kiel on the first day of the war, and was also in the Heligoland adventure in December. Following this, while on leave, he was in a motor accident in which his companion was killed, and while he was convalescing the crew of the bomber of which lie was a member were all lost.
