STOCK EXCHANGES.
PROBLEM OF RESTRICTIONS. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, April 15. The chairman and vice-chairman of the Auckland Stock Exchange (Messrs .7. W. Prater and W. B. Colbeck, respectively) will leave tor Wellington to night to confer in Wellington with the chairmen of the oilier Dominion Stock Exchanges as to the host means of countering the effects of the recent Government Emergency Finance Regulations on Stock Exchange business. Under the regulations as they stand at present no scrip with registration outside New Zealand can be quoted. This means a great reduction in business. and the exchanges want sonicmodification.
