FRANCE’S CONFIDENCE. A HINT IN SEASON. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, April 14. Reuter’s Paris correspondent says that considerable importance is attached to a telegram dispatched by the Premier (M. Heynaud) to General Weygand on his return to his Near East post expressing the Government’s confidence in tlic Near East Army and its coinniander-in-Cliicf. The Intransigeant says the iron route is closed and that the oil route will suffer the same fate sooner or later. M.
