LONDON, April 10. The Bank of England rate of discount is unchanged at 2 per cent. Discount and short loan rates on the London market compare with those of March 27 as follow:—Day to day loans, April 3, 3 per cent, April 10, 3 per cent; fine trade bills (3mos.), to 3,2 j, t 0.3; Bank bills (3mos.), 11-16, 11-16; Bank bills (6mos). li. lid); Treasury bills (2 nios ) 1,1; Treasury bills (3inos), 1, 1. NEW YORK, April 10. Call money is unchanged at 1 per cent.
