DUTCH PRECAUTIONS.
FRONTIER BRIDGE MINED. AMSTERDAM, April 10. Special precautionary measures have been taken on the German-Dutch frontier Ordinary rail traflic has been restricted to allow the quick return ol troops from leave. The bridge across the River Maas,, between Venlo and Blerik,. on the German frontier, has been mined and nearby residents have been evacuated.
