FEILDING STOCK SALE.
SMALLER.ENTRY OF STORE
SHEEP
CATTLE PENS WELL FILLED
At the Feildi.ng stock sale to-day the offering of store sheep was smaller than last week’s and the quality rather mixed. Some good quality breeding ewes, however, came to hand, and a fair number of wether and ewe lambs. All classes of mutton were fairly well represented in the fat sheep pens. Another heavy yarding of fat cattle, including both station and ex-dairy cows, came to hand, the cattle in most cases being in good order. In the station store cattle pens another representative offering of young and grown cattle was penned, both P.A. and Hereford cross breeds being included. For the dairyman there were offered several lines of late calvers and weancrs.
