“ENEMY TERRITORY.”

The Board of Trade has notified the Stock Exchange that Denmark is enemy territory within the meaning of the Trading With the Enemy Act. It is unlawful to transact business with Danish persons and corporations, except under license. In Capetown it is officially announced that the South African Government intends in the meantime to delay the sailings of Danish and Norwegian ships from, South African harbours.
