The executive of the New Zca and Rugby Union is advising the New South Wales Union that it does not favour overseas tours during the " The New South Wales Union asked whether New Zealand was interested in receiving an invitation to send a team to Australia -in the coining season or, alternatively, asking an Australian team to tour New Zealand. When the letter was being considered, Mr S. S. Dean (chairman) said the New Zealand council was averse to sending any teams overseas. Whether that would be altered at the annual meeting was another matter, but at the present time this seemed unlikely.
