SURPRISE ATTACK BY REBELSSALAMANCA, Jan. 31. An insurgent statement claims that a surprise -attack on Granada resulted in the occupation of the important heights and the capture of lead mines at Santa Barbara. Granada stands on the slopes of two hills and on the phtin connecting them.
