BOYCOTT OF GOODS.

ACTION BY DOCKERS. LONDON, Jan. 31. Dockers met at Canning Town to support the action of the Middlesborougli dockers in refusing to load the Haruna Maru. They unanimously resolved to ask the Government to enforce an embargo on the export of war materials and oil and also to suspend credits to Japan. A mass meeting at Middlesborough passed a similar motion. The News-Chronicle announces that clubs and societies throughout the world, with 123,000,000 members, are already boycotting Japanese goods.
