PROPOSAL TO RAISE SPECIAL LOAN. • I HEREBY give notice that in accordance with Section 11 of “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926,” and “The Local Elections and Polls Act, 1925,” and its amendments, a Poll will be taken on WEONESDAY, the 16th day of February, 1938, upon a proposal to raise a special loan' of Ten thousand pounds (£10,000) for the purpose of enabling the Palmerston North City Council to relay the main Sewer in College Street, Botanical Road and Ferguson Street, and to purchase all materials required in connection therewith.
