NEW ZEALAND CASE. Received February 1, 10.30 a.m. LONDON, Jan. 31. The Privy Council has reserved judgment 'in an appeal from New Zealand in the case, de Bueger versus J. Ballantyne and Company, arising out of payment of salary in sterling or New Zealand currency.
