BOWLING.
EASTER RINKS TOURNAMENT. Advice lias been received by Mr P. S. Larcomb that the West End Bowling Club (Ponsonby, Auckland) will be represented by a rink at the forthcoming Easter tournament of the Manawatu Bowling Centre. The rink will comprise Messrs Arthur Faire, W. Thomass, G. Overington, and F. Needham (skip). Mr Faire is well known to local bowlers, Mr Thomass is president of the West End Club, and Mr T. Needham was for many years a leading player of the Palmerston North Club. The jiresence of this rink at the tournament will provide added interest to the competition.
