STRIFE IN VALENCIA.

BRITISH CONSULATE MOVED. Received January 29, 1.5 a.m. VALENCIA, Jan. 28. Mr W. J. Sullivan, the British Consul at Valencia, who, besides losing his cook as the result of a bomb falling, narrowly escaped from the recent bombardment from which he took refuge in a concrete shelter, has removed the Consulate to Perello, a few miles away, the safety of which is doubtful owing to exposure to shell fire from warships. • The American Consul is considering a similar move.
