Received Januarv 29. 11.45 a.m. LONDON, Jan. 28. : The Daily Telegraph’s Berlin correspondent states that the proposed meeting of the Reichstag was suddenly cancelled after conversations between Herr Hitler and General Goering. The reason is that probably the opposition of industrial circles made it impossible to announce General Goering’s plans for the reorganisation of the industry under incx-eased State control. The Times Berlin correspondent states that there is talk of Cabinet reconstruction. Herr Hitler is awaiting the completion of the reconstruction before emphasising the unity of leadership and the nation.
