ROTORUA TRAGEDY.
ROTORUA, Jan. 30.. Another drowning, the second within a few days, took place in Lako Rotorua this morning. The victim was John lan Mehrtens, aged about 20. Prior to the tragedy the youth had been aquaplaning behind a launch, and he lost his balance when the vessel suddenly stopped owing to engine trouble.
