KING’S PLANS. Received January 31, 10.30 a.m. LONDON, Jan. 30. The Sunday Referee says that the Royal yacht Victoria and Albert is be; ing refitted at Portsmouth. The King is planning a summer cruise in her round the coast of Britain, accompanied by tlie Queen and Princess Elizabeth and Princess Margaret Rose.
