STUDENTS STRIKE.
CLASHES IN RUMANIA. (Times Cables.),. ; LONDON, Jan. 28. The Bucharest correspondent of the Times says that University students throughout Rumania are on a general strike, because their president was struck by a policeman who went to Court as a witness in the trial of men charged with wounding the rector, M. Jassy. Several clashes between the police and the students occurred, and a number were injured. •
