CHANGE IN PERSONNEL. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON; Jan. 28. . J. C. Blakeley, of Wellington, is unable to make the trip to Australia as a member of the surf life-saving team, owing to private business, and is replaced by F..G. Ryan, of Taranaki, Ryan is 32 years old, sft 9in in height, and weighs 12st 71b. Ho was the winner of the individual surf championship last week.
