MR CHURCHILL MAY HEAD AIR MlNlSTßY.—According to London dispatches, the veteran Conservative statesman, Mr Winston Churchill (right) will replace Lord Swinton (left) as Secretary for Air in the Imperial Cabinet shortly. Lord Swinton, the former Sir Philip Cunliffe-Lister, is expected to retire due to ill-health.
