VISITS IN SOUTH. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, Jan. 26. Hon. H. T. Armstrong stated this morning that lie had telegraphed to Wellington for full particulars of the wharf labourers walking off the Port Campbell. Until that came to hand he could say nothing. The Minister met local bodies this morning to discuss absorbing labour ou different works, the Government to pay £4 a week and the local bodies to make up the difference. He leaves to-morrow for Invercargill to meet the local bodies in the south.
