DUKE OF KENT

INFLUENCE OF GREEK WIFE. ATHENS, Jan. 15. “Greece has given me my wife, but the full extent and nature of the Duchess’s influence I probably will never know. It is incalculable as was the Hellenic influence on civilisation,” said the Duke of Kent, who, with the Duchess, was the guest of honour at a banquet given by the Anglo-Hellenic League.

‘‘This much I do know,” added the Duke, “it is the best influence.”
