HAILE SELASSIE’S WIFE.

LONDON, Jan. 17.

There was a moving scene at Victoria Station when the moment came for Haile Selassie to say good-bye to his wife, who is going to Jerusalem. She broke down and wept until the train left, while Haile Selassie, much affected, quitted the platform before its departure. A member of the Legation said Haile Selassie’s wife had not been well. She hoped to return in the summer.
