LEAGUE COUNCIL.
AGENDA APPROVED. (British Official Wireless.) Received January 27. 10.25 a.m RUGBY. Jan. 26.. According to Geneva reports, a short private meeting of the League Council to-day approved the agenda for the 100th session. It is reported that the Rumanian Foreign Minister (M. Antonescu) saw M. Delbo.s (French Foreign Minister) this morning, and is to meet Mr Eden to-morrow.
