RUMANIAN DECREE. Received January 27. 11.50 a.m. BUCHAREST, Jan. 26. The Government has banned Rumania’s three semi-military shirt organisations, namely the Green Shirts of the Fascist Tronguard, numbering 10.000, Blue Shirts belonging to Dr Goga’s party. 5000. and White Shirts of the Opposition Peasant Party. The latter was founded two years ago and has never been properly organised.
