VICTORY FOR CHINESE.
300 OF ENEMY KILLED. HANKOW, Jan. 25. Parties of the Chinese Bth _ Route Army defeated the Japanese in the mountains bordering Shansi and Hopei Provinces. They lured the Japanese along mountain trails, split them into isolated groups and charged with swords and bayonets, killing 300. They also captured Tsanghuang.
