DOMINANCE IN POLITICS. Received January 26, 9.45 a.m. TOKIO, Jan. 25. * Mr Hirota, speaking in the Diet, said that the bulk of the war supplies must he regarded as coming from countries other than Britain. Viscount Okoohi asked whether Cabinet or the fighting services was the dominant factor in politics. Prince Konoye (Prime Minister) replied that Cabinet.-was. It would be unfortunate if friction arose, but the Government must drastically control individualism and liberalism if they were harmfully influencing the people
