WANGANUI CASK. Per Press 'Association. WANGANUI. Jan. 24. Described by Mr J. H. Salmon, S.M., as a bad type of thief, Harold Charles Martin was to-day sentenced to 18 months’ reformative detention for the theft of stamps valued at £4O, the property of Charles Ernest Clinkard, of Wellington.
