MOTORIST’S OFFENCES.

A DUNEDIN CASE. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, Jan. 24. “You have had a warning that these offences are too frequent to overlook,” said Mr H. W. Bundle, S.M., in the Police Court this morning, in sentencing Noel John Hagerty, aged 35, a mechanic, to one month’s imprisonment and cancelling his license for three years for being intoxicated while in charge of a car. Hagerty was convicted on a similar offence in 1931, and was before tho Court in November for dangerous driving. H© was then ordered to attend driving classes, but failed to do so.
