THREAT TO WUHU DEFEATED.

The Japanese claim to have completely dispersed the Chinese guerrilla forces numbering several thousands who had been harassing 'the Japanese at Pootung. The Japanese also assert that the Chinese threat to Wuliu has been defeated.
