BOWLING.
WANGANUI PLAYERS AT FEILDING. Seven rinks from the Wanganui Bowling Club paid their annual visit to the Feilding Clnb on Saturday. The weather was perfect. Feilding emerged the winners by 329 points to Wanganui’s 232. The visitors were welcomed by the president (Mr A. Williamson), who said that liis club looked forward every year to its annual fixture with the Wanganui players. Refreshments were supplied by the local ladies. The morning games saw Feilding leading by 60 points, and at the end of the day that advantage had been increased to 97. Details are as follow: MORNING GAMES.

OROUA v. WANGANUI EAST Representatives of the Wanganui East Bowling Club paid their annual visit to the Oroua Bowling Club on Saturday, when an all-uay match, which resulted in a win for Oroua by a margin of 22 points, was played Oroua scored 313 points, as against the visitors’ 291.
Mr C. Hausmann (president) welcomed the visitors, while the greetings were reciprocated by Mr Jones, president of the Wanganui East Club. Luncheon and afternoon tea were provided by the ladies. In the following details Oroua rinks are mentioned first: MORNING GAMES.
