RANSOM RECOVERED.
KIDNAPPER’S ADMISSION. NEW YORK, Jan. 21. A message from St. Paul states that G-men have recovered an additional 30 000 dollars of the Ross ransom. Anders admitted that he kidnapped John and Oliva Borgia, of Chicago, on intern her 2, but released the former immediately and freed Oliva witlun two days.
Arrested 'at Santa Anita race track Peter Anders, aged 30, confessed to kidnapping and murdering Charles Ross on October 17 last. Anders was captured through using ransom bills to lay bets.
