KEEN DISAPPOINTMENT.
AIR DISPLAY ABANDONED. Received January 21. 1.35 p.m. LONDON, Jan. 20. The decision to abandon Royal Air Force display at Hendon, which is admittedly the most spectacular of its kind in the world, will cause great disappointment. The public regarded it as one of, the leading events of the London season and it has attracteddistinguished persons from throughout the world. The attendance totalled 179,500 last year.
