LEAKING DESTROYER.

RUMANIAN INQUIRY. VIENNA, Jan. 10. Suspecting that an attempt was made to sabotage the destroy'- 1 Regina Maria, the Rumanian Ad mirnlty has ordered a full investigation to be made. The destroyer was caught in a hurricane in the Black Sea last week while it was taking Crown Prince Michael to Athens for the wedding of Prince Paul and Princess Frederika. It sprang a leak and was towed back to Oonstanza. Prince Michael then travelled to Athens by train.
